Services

DJ RAHUL LLC provides professional entertainment and event production services. All services, timelines, and deliverables are defined in a separate written proposal, invoice, or service agreement issued for each engagement.

Bookings

Event dates are reserved exclusively upon written confirmation. Availability is not guaranteed for date changes. All engagements are governed by the applicable service agreement.

Payments

All payments are final and non-refundable. Payment obligations remain in effect regardless of weather conditions, venue changes, or external circumstances.

Cancellations & Changes

Client cancellations or postponements may result in forfeiture of payments made. Approved date changes are subject to availability and may require updated terms.

Event Readiness

Clients are responsible for ensuring venues meet all technical, access, and safety requirements. Failure to do so may limit or prevent performance.

Exclusivity

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, DJ RAHUL LLC retains priority for services offered within its scope. Competing service providers may not be engaged without written consent.

Safety

DJ RAHUL LLC reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services if conditions are deemed unsafe. Payment obligations remain unchanged.

Force Majeure

Performance delays or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control do not release the Client from payment or cancellation obligations.

Equipment & Liability

Clients are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to Company equipment caused by guests, vendors, or venue staff.

Media Use

DJ RAHUL LLC may capture and use event photography, video, and audio for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

Proposals, communications, and business materials are confidential and may not be shared without written consent.

Conduct

False, misleading, or defamatory statements regarding DJ RAHUL LLC or its services are prohibited.

Travel Engagements

Destination and travel-based events are subject to additional requirements outlined in the applicable service agreement.

Intellectual Property

All website content and branding remain the exclusive property of DJ RAHUL LLC.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Updates

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of revisions.
