- Generator? Only if it’s inverter-grade, grounded, and placed away from guest areas.
Wind, Weather, and Gear Safety

- Rain pivot written down: exact move path to the indoor backup space with timing and runners.
- Cable management for heels: low-profile ramps and taped crossings; never loose leads across guest flow.
- Lens cloths + anti-fog for photo/video partners when temps swing.
Guest Flow and Dance Floor Control
- Define the floor with lighting: movers or pixel bars create a visual “room” in open air.
- Place bars and photobooth outside the primary dance triangle so guests don’t cut through it.
- Keep a clear path from elevators to reception; no cables across ingress.
- Ceremony/cocktail/reception audio are separate scenes—save presets for instant recalls.
Elevator + Load-In Reality Check
- Pre-measure the elevator: speaker height, façade panels, truss, and carts must fit.
- Reserve one cab for vendor use during load-in window; schedule buffer for guest arrival.
- Label cases by floor destination (rooftop vs. storage) to avoid rework.
Timeline Pacing That Fits the Curfew
- Front-load high-impact moments before quiet hours: entrances, toasts, parent dances.
